Kryssies Corner is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS

Products sold through this store are digital files, which may include (without limitation) STL files intended for 3D printing and JPEG image files, some of which may be created with the assistance of AI image-generation tools. We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online store, including preview images, sample renders, and compatibility notes where relevant.

For STL files: actual print results may vary depending on your printer, slicer settings, material, and calibration. We do not warrant that the appearance, fit, or quality of any printed output will exactly match the product photos or renders shown in our store. Some adjustment on your end (supports, scaling, infill, etc.) may be required to achieve the best results.

For JPEG image files: the file you receive may differ slightly from what is shown on screen due to differences in device displays, color calibration, or print/output method if you choose to reproduce the image yourself. Where an image has been created with the assistance of AI tools, this is disclosed in Section 7 (AI-Generated Content) below.

All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND DIGITAL LICENSE

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Kryssies Corner reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Kryssies Corner confirms acceptance and payment has been processed.

By purchasing a digital file from this store, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the file for your own private use — including printing an STL file for yourself or as a gift, or using a JPEG image for your own personal display, projects, or enjoyment. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the digital file itself, in original or modified form;
• Sell or offer for sale physical prints, reproductions, or derivative products made from the file for commercial purposes without our prior written consent;
• Claim the design or image as your own.

Because our products are digital files delivered electronically, all sales are final once the file has been made available for download. Digital products are provided "as is," without guarantee of print or output outcome, and are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law. Please review product descriptions, compatibility notes, and preview images carefully before purchasing.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export of the file itself.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update this information as needed so that we can complete your transactions and contact you if required.

You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use the payment method provided, and (iii) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 — DIGITAL DELIVERY

Our products are delivered electronically — there is no physical shipping involved. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your digital file via download link and/or confirmation email.

It is your responsibility to ensure your device and software are compatible with the file format provided (STL). We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses provided at checkout, spam filters, or third-party email/download service outages. If you do not receive your download after purchase, please contact us at admin@kryssiescorner.au and we will assist promptly.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TRADEMARKS

Our Services, including but not limited to all designs, digital files, text, displays, images, and graphics, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Kryssies Corner, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the digital files for your personal, non-commercial use only, as further described in Section 3. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, or transmit any of the material on the Services beyond what is expressly permitted under your personal license, without our prior written consent.

Trademark disclaimer: Where a product listing references a third-party brand or product name, this is done solely to describe compatibility or intended use, and does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship. Where used, AI-generated visuals are intended to illustrate the product and may differ in minor respects from the final printed item (e.g. lighting, background, or rendering style).

We take reasonable care to ensure AI-assisted content accurately represents the product being sold. However, we do not warrant that AI-generated images or descriptions are free from error, and you should rely on the actual product description, dimensions, and compatibility notes when making a purchasing decision. You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input over.
